About Me

My name is Catherine Doheny, I am a student at the University of New Hampshire majoring in Sustainable Agriculture and Food Systems. I am currently studying abroad in Ascoli Piceno, Italy focusing on farm to table and the culture of food in Italy. 
My goal for studying abroad is to fully experience the Italian culture and the Italian perspective on food and nutrition.
Back in the U.S my passion is helping with research to find small solutions in agriculture that will make a major difference in the way our resources are used while benefiting the farmers who utilize those findings. I feel truly delighted to be a part of a field that is innovating solutions for a healthy future.
